SPECIAL ADVANTAGES
- By employing the single bow system, the air resistance decreases to half. As a result, it realizes the noise and the electricity-savings.
- The machine structure has been redesigned to significantly reduce the turning radius. This reduces the space required for installation and greatly reduces the risk of wire drawing, etc. in the stranded wire manufacturing process.High speed rotation specification of Max. 1500RPM.
- The capstan is vertically mounted on a double capstan to improve the workability of wire hanging. Other parts were also manufactured with emphasis on workability.
- As the machine composition was markedly improved from the coventional one , the machine becomes more compact and needs less space for installation.
- Oil-air system is employed for greasing to the main shaft.The innovative frame enables the enough machine strength and lightness.
