SINGLE TWIST BUNCHER WITH AUTOMATIC DRUM EXCHANGE SYSTEM
Unattendant Operation System have been materialized by applying Automatic Operation System and Automatic Drum Exchange System and Production Controls. This machine is used for making round strand. Suitable for making same direction round compact strand of Max.61 wires/250sq by 1step. suitable for laying-up insulated wire.

- No manual winding bobbin or drum transfer is required, and the entire process is fully automated, from take-off to take-on.
- No manual rewinding of wires and cables is required. The finished wires and cables are automatically cut and can be wound onto the next new bobbin or drum.
- 24-hour unmanned operation is available.
