HAMANA's tubular type high speed strander is suitable for laying-up the all kind of cable materials such as cupper cable, iron cable, steel cable, aluminum cable and insulated cable. According the customer's request, HAMANA can manufacture the machines from Φ50 to Φ1300mm of bobbin diameter.
SPECIAL ADVANTAGES
- The carefully selected tubular is shaved and processed, and the balance of thetubular is strictly maintained after the several times of tests by high grade detector.
- The cradle bobbin set system is available either in ratchet system or in air pintle system according to the customer's request.
- By high technology, it is possible to manufacture the machine either in line-shaft driving system or in single driving system.
- As the supply wire regulating system employs the powder brake and the hysteresis brake, the constant tension is maintained from the start to the end of the winding. The mechanical brake like as hand brake is also available.
- The bearing supporting system improves more low-noise, low-vibration and easy maintenance than the under-roller type.
- As the oil supply system is oil circulating system, more high speed rotation is materialized.
- In option, the bobbin up and down and the automatic bobbin loading is available.
- In option, the pre-form, the post-form, the tension supply apparatus and the electric cover moving system are available.
- For the safety, the detector of cradle swing and the sensor of bearing vibration are available in option.
- The detector of cable braking is available either in pulse system or in touch system.
