Constant tension is maintained from the first to the end of stranding owing to powder clutch (hysteresis clutch) and calculation by sequencer.
The rotor is supported by two motors for driving with 2/1 electric consumption of the traditional machine.

The wire runs smoothly as excessive curving is totally eliminated in new design.
