DRUM TWISTER TYPE LAYING-UP MACHINE
For laying-up power cable with shaped copper, solidal and aluminium conductors, and rubber insulated cable, assembling communication and control cable, and armouring.
SPECIAL ADVANTAGES
- Rotating take-up and pay-off
- Take-up drum is drived and also winding tension is controlled by AC Motor which is installed at outside of machne.Drum Shaft is automatically moved by Pilot Motor and Drum is accomodated on Machine by Hydraulic Table Lifter. Also tension of supply wire is controlled by Powder brake, AC Motor etc. Depend on customer's request, we can supply overhang type drum support or double flyer type drum support.
- Take-up traverse
- Traverse pitch an be set steplessly,And alse can be set during operating from outside of machine.
- Hauling-off device
- Rotating Caterpiller is adapted and a speed of hauling-off is adjusted by 64 steps (32steps) mission gear or PIV stepless speed changer.
- Starting-up
- Slow starting method by AC motor is adapted in order to eliminate shock at start.
- Brake
- Disk brake system
