Large Needle Bearings are used for Support of Main Hollow Shaft and Ball Bearing or　Roller Bearing is used for each Support Cage of Cradle so as to avoid wearing out of rotating axisand obtain sturdy and smooth rotating.

Cage bobbin tension

The tension controlls for the bobbins on the cage are done by hysteresis brake are remote controlled tolally and can control fine adjustment for each bobbin.

Lay pitch

The length of lay is adjusted by clutch lever of 64 (or 32) steps change gear.

Tandem type

Tandem Type Stranding Machine can produce stranded wires having multi cores such as 19,37,61,91···in one process by making use of several cage blocks. The special feature of this machine is to strand multi cores wire more than the number of cradles by repeating 2 or 3 steps.
