Miniaturization of main motor

SKIP (bow) TYPE STRANDING MACHINE realized to miniaturize main motor, because the　inertia of rotating body is smaller in comparison with tubular type stranding machine.
Speed up of RPM

RPM of skip type machine could be increased in comparison with tubular type stranding machine, as rotating body is arch (bow) type.
Load/unloading bobbin

Operation of loading/unloading bobbin is very easy, since it has a large operating space, Hamana can also supply table lifter for under-loading in compliance with customer's request.
Noise and vibration

Noise and vibration is comparatively small in sprite of high speed revolutions in comparison with tubular type stranding machine because the inertia of rotating body is small. If required, noise protecting cover for main-machine can be provided.

Loading/unloading cradle drum

Drum is loaded/unloaded with horizontal traveling type table lifter on the floor, equipped 90°against machine center line.Working　efficency is incleased and working time for preparation is shortened compare with traditional table lifter, pit tipe,or ceiling crane　type.Cradle is open/close system,Patent Pending No.22971,'97.
Merit

1.Motor is used for rotating the drum forward and reverse,and pinchcaterpiller is provided in order to facilitate wire threading works.
2.The above motor is also used for adjusting position of dog-pin and pinhole when charging the drum.
3.Drum is loaded/unloaded by horizontal travelling type table lifter, therefore cost of foundation work can be minimized.compare with traditional table lifter,pit type, vertical up/down system.
